My wife and I had not been to eat here in a while.....we loved it! The chicken parmesan was excellent. We would not get the... marsala again....chicken was rubbery (pre-cooked we think) but otherwise we'll be back! The bread, servers, everything wasvery nice. Relaxing too---not the madhouse that you get at the cramped Olive Garden restaurants and the food tasted much moreauthentic, home made---at least the chicken parm. Read more

We hadn't been there in a while and noticed immediately a different vibe. ALL GOOD. Our server/s (Anna and Dennis) were... outstanding! They were relaxed and seemed like they were not only happy to serve you, but just happy to be there, not like itwas a job they had to do. It was so pleasant an evening, we felt compelled to speak with the manager on the way out to let themknow that their people really made the difference between having a decent meal vs. having a great dining experience. Average. The food and staff were ok. Just average and did there job. The lobster bisque had alot of shells in it which put me... off on eating it. The restaurant felt a little dark and dingy to me. I would recommend finding another place as there arebetter places to eat in that area. Read more

Had a lot of fun here. I had worked at carrabbas between 03' and 11' . When I seen the open kitchen here, I was excited to be on... the opposite side of the counter. The manager on duty was just wonderful, the hostess and other staff were great too. Food wasreally good. I mean you order pasta, it's hard to screw that up right. Appetizers were okay. I would like to say that our Macaroni Grill is highly under utilized. I had such a great experience. Our waitresses was nice... and laid back, she didn't hover but also was attentive to our wants. Our food was fabulous. (If you follow me, you know I amsuper honest about my reviews and super picky about food.) I got the chicken parm and was not disappointed. The portions wereperfect, the breading crunchy, the meat tender, and the cheese was melted just right. Their sauce was light and fresh tasting. (Not light as in skimmpy.) I can tell that great care was taken by the chefs to make my food. Which is hard find at places whereline cooks are over worked till they go numb and stop caring. The atmosphere there was peaceful to almost romantic. I feltcomfortable and not rushed. They offer wine and dessert as well. In my opinion this place a hidden gem for Italian food.Definitely better than Olive Garden. If they used pre packed foods it was very hard tell. Kudos Chefs! You're doing itright. Let me first start of by saying the service from the young man was great. I tippee him well for the 60 dollar meal. The food. NO... NOT GOOD. Several years ago I ate at a RMG and did not like the food. My wife went ate at most of the local food places aroundme with the exception for this one. We wanted something different. I told greeter twice..that I had a party of 4..and I held up 4 fingers... she still gave us 3 menus. Service was slow. We had... already ate our table bread before they even took our order. Since we had lots of time to wait. I visited the womens bathroom.I have several concerns over it's cleanliness #1 Soap dispenser battery is dead AND it's case cover was off.. there was NO wayto get soap..so employees and guest aren't washing their hands. 1 out of 4 bathroom stalls was out of order. And two others hadno toilet paper. Trash all over floors. I will not be dining here EVER again. The dinner came and it quite overpriced for it'squality. Just basic flavor. Nothing special. They don't even give you salad with dinner service. Nor did they ask if we wanteddessert. Restaurant was half empty, there was also quite a draft near the bar..too cold to get a drink. It's Oct23.
