Went there to eat sushi with the family! we walked in and they seated us a min later my son was playing with the sugar bags on... the table and the owner or manager came and was like (YOU CANT LET YOUR SON PLAY WITH THESE) No excuse me no please nonothing!! The waitress was a bit rude was a little difficult talking to her she seemed like she was in a hurry. The food is horrific. Stay away. Could not eat the beef. So tough. They took it away and charged me for it. The rice fell off... the sushi. You could not pick it up. Garbage. Used to be amazing but not for the last 5 years. Will never come back. Read more
As soon as I came in none came to me. So I decided to come and ask the lady if I can take a sit. She even didn’t come closer... to me and kept doing what she did. She rudely asked me what I want, and showed me on the table. I think she is an owner ormanager, whatever. Then she even not gave me a menu, she THREW it on the table and just went to the kitchen. Next thing wasscuffed plates. They probably save money to buy a new one. It’s not good presentation ( The food wasn’t bad, but the pieceof wasabi was too small for so huge sushi. And I don’t like spicy food at all, but decided to try their Tom Yum soup. It wasgood, I ate it all, it wasn’t so spicy. I would not go there back. Just because of the service what they have. Average place, small restaurant. My stepdaughter had the sushi and unfortunately I can not rate this place properly, because I... don’t eat sushi but I had beef fried rice a simple dish and it was ok hence the 3 star. My wife had the undon shrimp tempuraand she like that. So this place is a hit or miss depending on your taste and how the kitchen is doing. Overall you have tojudge this one yourself. Read more
Update your menu to reflect the ingredients of your sushi rolls. After eating here many years, not sure why tempura is in your... spicy tuna rolls now? I'm gluten intolerant and asked for gluten free soy sauce with my takeout, only to get home, take a biteof the spicy tuna and taste the crunch. When I called to ask why, she said if you don't ask for no crunch, it's in there. Againhad the spicy tuna many times over the years. Is it that not only with their increase in prices, they've decided to add fillerslike tempura instead of quality ingredients that I once loved them for? And the wasabi in the order was the size of my pinkiefinger nail. Sorry Sakura, there are plenty of other sushi restaurants out there. You have lost a loyal customer. Read more
3 of us came here for lunch. I had the sushi & sashimi lunch plate, which was good, but I was disappointed it did not come with... rice (nor miso soup or salad). My companions had the mongolian beef lunch, and broccoli beef lunch, both of which come withrice. Soup or salad was added for $1 each. Both beef dishes were really tasty, and very good value. Overall, we enjoyed ourmeal, and I would gladly come back. Read more
