Got here about 0315 ish and BOTH and only coffee machines were waiting for the hired employee to service them(clean). After... getting their attention from idle BSchat they informed me they needed to be cleaned(da) so I stood there while they broke fromtheir idle BSchat to do their checklist job! I just got asked to move my car from a Handicap Peking spot at one of your locations because they needed it to unload their... truck order. When I then tried to explain that this is a handicap spot and that I need it because I?m in a wheelchair youremployee told me ?this is private property? and that I can park in the other spot. I can?t park in the other spot. It?s not thecorrect side with the yellow accessibility lines that I need to exit my vehicle not only safety but with enough room for awheelchair. This is not only down right rude and disrespectful to the disability community but illegal use of handicap spots and disregarding federal laws. I then spoke to the manager who told me this is where cooperate told them they need to park tounload. You need to educate yourself a on federal ADA laws and do better for your customers and your communities. Read more
I went in there to order a salad and everything and this one chick wouldn't let her boyfriend work. She kept telling her BF's... coworker that he's dumb, he's my boyfriend and he's dumb. I mean she was joking around to be funny and everything but i wasntlaughing. I was soo close of saying u know what, can't u just let your BF work when he's on the clock and everything but Ididn't wanna cause a scene. Their management is horrible. They should either fire the guy who had his girlfriend there ineveryone's way and everything, or they shouldn't have his girlfriend there ever again. Man some management there Read more
Terrible. After pumping a tank ful of gas, i needed to clean windshield. Absolutely no way to clean my windshield. I checked... All the pumps. Only a few had bone dry squeegies. None had any washer fluid! Most squeegee holders were full of trash! I'llnever return. Read more
So clean.Quick professional staff that know their jobs well & execute it. Stellar service! Corporate office should be proud!... Pride is excellence!! I've been in too may establishments where clearly no one cares & the staff us allowed to dilly dally &make customers wait longer than necessary because they'd rather conversate & chat. That is a recipe for disaster. I wish allplaces would be as quick clean & Professional!! But that takes Pride & their always must be a leader. Sheetz is that leader! Read more
I use the one on Center rd basically daily. And they are always friendly, moving fast, and ordering food and drinks is smoother... than almost anywhere. But here I have never had them start on my stuff until after I show up for it and it's supposed to bedone. They are rude, and don't seem to care much about working. They need to follow the example of the other Sheetz and do itsoon! Read more

@Sean Garrow - dude, if the yellow stripes are on the 'wrong' side of your car in the other handicap spot, simply BACK IN to it.... That's what I do. Sheesh. You give handicap people a bad name not being able to figure that out. Read more
