They were having a problem with the card reader for the drive thru orders. I had no cash on me, so the cashier-with the approval... of her supervisor and then I believe, her manager, agreed to give me my food for free. Very friendly, gracious and funny staff.I don't eat fast food very often, but if I am in the area, I would take a chance at this location again. Read more
Worst Wendy?s ever will never go here Again this place needs shut down. The didn?t deserve the one star I had to give them. Arrived at 11pm when they close at 12. There was a truck unloading next to the drive thru. I was then told she ?can?t take no... orders right now? and when i asked when they would be able to she said ?i?m going to need you to move away from MY truck? (as awendy's drive thru employee). I was not aware drive thru employees can close the store whenever they don?t feel like takingorders. Terrible attitude and not apologetic in the slightest. Read more
Not the first time the woman working the drive through has given customers an attitude. I'm not sure if she's having a bad day... or hates her job but that's no reason to take it out on others. I hadn't heard her say wait one moment and was met with an awfulattitude. She's always rude everytime anyone I know goes through the drive through and she's working. Don't work with peopleespecially in the food industry if you don't like people or don't have the patience. Also very rude to other workers and talksdown upon them infront of customers. Really bad. Son of baconator was a little sloppy and came with a lot of mustard (not in the ingredient list for the sandwich),... but not anything worth writing a review over. The bourbon bacon cheeseburger however... just look. Why is it so messy? Why is itdrenched in sauce? The outside of the wrapper was even sticky and gross. What the hell? The fries were old, soggy and cold tooso really just an awful experience all around. Read more
VERY disappointed in this Wendys. It used to be my favorite. This was the worst lunch I have had in a very long time...anywhere!... Even though the sign still says double stack is a choice of the 4 for $4, I was informed its not available. I could get it inthe $5 bag though. The burger was overcooked, very dry, & barely warm. They failed to put mayo on that I requested. Also forgotto give requested ketchup packets. The nuggets were barely warm also. I asked for my receipt so I could see what balance on giftcard was, she said no receipts! Maybe they are shutting down operation... sad to say they would not be missed with this kind ofservice. Being all drive thru now makes it impossible to get mistakes corrected! Read more
I never get what I order, made the big mistake of not looking before I left drive thru, get home didn't have any fries, ordered... a Dave's double got a single, worst Wendy's ever gone to, couldn't go inside ,doors were locked at 2:00pm, really bad business Read more
