Maintenance issue: Toilet not functioning properly. flushed using the wastebasket filled with water. Staff seemed aware. For... only a few dollars more stay in the new hotel in town. Also, hotel's restaurant was closed, hours are not as posted on theirwebsite. Read more
I don't even know where to begin. By far one of the most absolute poorly run hotels I ever stayed in for any price. I could go... on but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Don't say the pools open when you don't clean it daily! Read more
Not very impressed. We called them lwhen we were about 2 hours away and made reservations. When were given the key it... wouldn?t work When we called the lady she said she was not coming down there and if we wanted the key we had to come to lobbyto get it. So I did then afterwards it worked. Wrong room ! Had 2 beds not 1.not jacuzzi room either she gave us 114 insteadof 119. Then she came back and gave key to 119. Opened room it was scorching hot. They could have atleast had AC on. Alsowhen asking her about it she was very defensive and rude! Also they had no continental breakfast. You had to pay ! This iswith room at over 100.00 We probably would not stay here again Also earlier this morning the manager would not even come up totalk with me. I booked a room here payed for with card. When I got there it smelled like cigarettes and urinal cakes. I tried to get past the... smell but simply couldn?t. I soon discovered mice and bedbugs in my room. I woke up with lice would never recommend. Read more
My friend had booked the jacuzzi suite online the day prior and they took the payment just like always except when they arrived... to the hotel was informed that they over booked and would be staying in an ordinary room. No offer of repayment. When they getto the room the door was stuck so had to be snatched open and slammed and air conditioner didn't blow cold, the filter was sodirty my friend cleaned it theirself and the hot breakfast was only certain days of the week and that was not one of those daysand wasn't told when booking. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more
Great rate and allowed pets(for a fee). The guy at the front desk was super nice. I felt safe as I was traveling alone. Quiet... room even though I had people on either side of me. Read more
Great place to between tulsa and Okc Great food. Steakes superb. Love their brocolli salad. Rooms are large quiet many... channels and fast internet. Plus catfish roundup is a little ways south. Pretty scenery. Read more
