The food is always fresh here and the best McDs from all the surrounding towns around Stroud. Drive thru woman was super... impatient and there was no line or hardly any customers at the restaurant. My phone was loading slow and then she proceeded tojust charge me full price since my phone was taking too long. I said umm ya no the heck tour not I need a manager. Fries were super fresh possible not fully cooked. The mcdoubles and cheese burger were cold. They could have at least "nuked"... them to melt the cheese. Read more

We attempted to go inside to eat at 9:45pm. There were people inside, however, when we got out of the car a woman went around... and locked all the doors. I checked the times on the window which said they were only open until 2pm, which I thought was veryodd and wish I would have taken a photo now. Online it says the lobby is open until 11pm. My husband called to ask forclarification and the woman stated that they were closed and that the people that were in the lobby had just gotten there beforeus. She did not say when the lobby is actually scheduled to close she just kept repeating that they were there beforeus. Essentially nothing about any of this made sense. The door said they should have been closed since early afternoon, thewebsite says 11pm, we were there at 9:45pm and had the door locked in our faces. Im making an assumption that they just didntwant to deal with the football game release traffic. Unfortunate for McDonalds profits. Anyways, please fix the signage on thebuilding and website to reflect the staffs preferences. Oh it gets better, I?ve now been informed that the band bus made theunfortunate decision to eat at the same location. They were let in? however, we?re made to feel terrible as the staff weretalking very loudly from the kitchen about not wanting to ?stay after midnight again?. This McDonald's may not always get your order correct but they are the friendliest McDonald's crew I have ever seen. Today a... young crew member asked me if I needed help out to my truck with my carryout order! Never have I been asked that at any otherMcDonald's!! Good job Stroud McDonald's!!! Friendly employes, food was hot and received the correct order. Drive through did take a bit longer than expected.
This place is disgusting. We ordered 4 quarter pounders with a few other things and all 4 of them were raw! When I took it back... to the manager and showed her it wasnt done she told me " it was done it just had a little pink in it. IT WAS NOT PINK IT WASRED RAW. She wanted to argue about it so we left. Will never go back to Stoud Mc Donalds again!!! Read more
