We just went to sonic in Stroud. They were very unprofessional. They missed our order of popcorn chicken and my sweet tea. I... sent my tea back with the receipt. The girl came back out with the same tea no sugar. I tried to have her wait to check it. Noresponse and she turned around and walked off. My wife hamburgers had mustard and they were ordered with mayo. All of the ladiesinside where acting unprofessional to others. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, malfunctioning faucet, smelly, and worst of all, NO HAND... SOAP! Completely empty soap dispenser after pumping it many times. An employee exited the bathroom immediately before I went it-so I know that there was at least 1 employee on September 28th 2022 that went back to work after not washing their hands. Handsanitizer doesn?t cut it when you?re working with food. Who knows how long they?ve been without hand soap in the bathroom. Youcan see the kitchen while waiting outside the bathroom, and it looked disorganized and grungy. Never a good sign, especiallywhen the bathroom is so close to the kitchen with no barrier. A health inspector really needs to check this place out.Unfortunately I didn?t have my phone on me the take pics of this mess. Do not eat here. Read more

Waited 6 min for my food. Fries were cold and my ocean water shake tasted like a soda with not enough syrup in it. The only... thing that was fresh was the pretzels which is what I'm assuming took so long. Read more
18 July 2020 @ 9:07 P.M. We were in stroud visiting my mother in the hospital, she had just been transferred there, and had not... eaten and wanted Sonic. so we drive to sonic and order, the order on my screen and receipt were correct. When I get back to thehospital, and the order is incorrect. So we go back to sonic, and they fix the incorrect food. We get back to the hospital andher drink is not right, so I called them, the young girl on the phone then tells me that she doesn't think I ordered that. Itold her I did and its on my receipt correctly. She then proceeds to tell me to come back again, I tell them I am not comingback again, so she passes me to another employee, who then tells me the same thing, and I tell them I am not coming back for athird time. So they pass me again now to a Manager, who makes me repeat everything again, and then tells me to just come back.Who wants to go to sonic 2 or 3 times for them to get an order right, who wants to eat cold food after making 3 trips. So I tellthem I do not want to come back and the Manger hung up on me! Read more
Me: Can I get a Sonic burger, no cheese, plain and dry. Third times the charm. That?s how many times it took for them to slap... a bun and patty together. First time whomever responded to us was rude. The second time the ?assistant? manager (25-30 blondhair female) even came out and I spoke with them. Still wrong . They asked for the first two incorrect orders back cause theythought we were trying to scam them out of food. I thought taking good back into the kitchen was not allows due tocontamination.
