To expensive for what I get in new York. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. Guy didnt wash his hands didn't have... gloves on. There was only 1 guy. $33 for 2 sandwiches and hash browns. Wasn't worth the money and definitely will never eatthere again. Thanks but no thanks. Read more

I really wanted this to be an amazing experience I have passed this place a million times and wanted to finally try it. I also... saw it on TikTok which upped the ante. I pulled up. I got out the car. I was greeted by a gentleman smoking a cigarette. I waspretty specific about what I wanted. I wanted a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese.Although I know it was a strange order the cashier insisted that it could be done. Once I left, I saw the same guy outside whowas cooking my food, and then I realized it was the same guy who had greeted me when I first got to the restaurant. I never sawhim, wash his hands or disinfect them in anyway . I got home prayed immensely over my bagel and took a bite. There was no creamcheese and there was no cheese at all. My fiancé, who had a pretty unique order, was also missing significant components of herbagel as well. I had really high hopes for this place and I wanted to love it. This is crazy I ordered 2 sandwiches I only got 1 then I specifically said no ketchup on the sandwich but yet here I am with... ketchup on my sandwich. Food was ok but over priced to the extent that the menu bar gave one price which should have been around $12 for our order. The... actual order was somewhere around $14 and we did not realize that we were being overcharged until we had left. Also the orderwas not correct. Staff was friendly and helpful but my wife and I were the only customers in the place at the time. Getting theorder wrong should not have happened. If these mistakes were made at such a slow period of the day, what happens when they arevery rushed? Building is very small so when we went back try to straighten out problem with the food and pricing. We couldn'teven get in the door because there was three or four people in the store and you just couldn't move around in there. I'll givethem a second go round and update this review in the future. We were the only 2 people in the store . We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches charged over 14 dollars and they didnt put sausage on... my sandwich. They told us they didnt have poppy seed bagels but he said he did they took some water and put the poppyseeds onthe bagel. Bagel quality poor hardroll quality poor.
