Not sure why they had workers outside taking orders in the drive thru, but it seemed to be pretty efficient. A long line but got... in and out fairly reasonably. Customer service is always excellent at any location, this location isn't any different. Read more
WORST experience at any Chick-fil-A I've ever had. The owner is a thief. I placed an $83 order and it was not there when I... arrived to pick it up. The owner, Amanda Morris, told me the only resolution was for me to place another order. She would notrefund my money or give me the food I paid for. I will absolutely reach out to the Better Business Bureau and go as far as I canto let corporate know that their guests may have the worst experience of their entire brand, which they worked very hard togrow.... right here in Bartonsville. Amanda Morris is probably the worst franchise owner I've ever met. I'm appalled. I'm also$83 poorer with no product. Read more
The woman at the drive through was efficient but rude. I've never been to Chick-fil-A before and so didn't know what I wanted... to order and it's a order and she didn't really explain very well. Plus they forgot my sauce so not a very good experience. Read more
