WORST experience at any Chick-fil-A I've ever had. The owner is a thief. I placed an $83 order and it was not there when I... arrived to pick it up. The owner, Amanda Morris, told me the only resolution was for me to place another order. She would notrefund my money or give me the food I paid for. I will absolutely reach out to the Better Business Bureau and go as far as I canto let corporate know that their guests may have the worst experience of their entire brand, which they worked very hard togrow.... right here in Bartonsville. Amanda Morris is probably the worst franchise owner I've ever met. I'm appalled. I'm also$83 poorer with no product. Read more
The woman at the drive through was efficient but rude. I've never been to Chick-fil-A before and so didn't know what I wanted... to order and it's a order and she didn't really explain very well. Plus they forgot my sauce so not a very good experience. Read more

This place runs like a will oiled machine, extremely organized. Don't drive away because the drive-thru line is too long! The... line moves quickly like an assembly line. Two lines, two people taking orders, one person to hand out receipts, then pick upwindow. Accurate order! Read more
Food is great. Service is good. The volume of cars that come here is a lot. Be ready to wait on line for your food depending on... the time you come. It makes life much easier if you order online before you come. Other than that it's a great place. Parking iskind of tight if you decide to sit down and eat. Read more
