Very disconcerting to stand there waiting for an order and not being acknowledged by any of the staff. Staff member eating at... the food preparation area. Loud talking among the staff members about taking a vacation instead of a break and while she was onbreak no one taking care of the arriving customers. I just got screamed at by a woman (older, my age) at 4:01am for wanting coffee from a place that opens at 4am. Like, wth? Good... freaking morning to you too, lady. I looked at her, took a breath, said nothing, drove off and I could hear the SLAM of thedrive up windows. The other person that I see all the time there looked mortified.
