Very disconcerting to stand there waiting for an order and not being acknowledged by any of the staff. Staff member eating at... the food preparation area. Loud talking among the staff members about taking a vacation instead of a break and while she was onbreak no one taking care of the arriving customers. I just got screamed at by a woman (older, my age) at 4:01am for wanting coffee from a place that opens at 4am. Like, wth? Good... freaking morning to you too, lady. I looked at her, took a breath, said nothing, drove off and I could hear the SLAM of thedrive up windows. The other person that I see all the time there looked mortified. Do yourself a favor and wake up 5 minutes earlier to make your own coffee. This is without a doubt the worst D&D I've ever been... to. My wife and I are constantly exchanging stories with quite a few of our local friends and neighbors about how horrible theservice and the attitudes at this location are. The location is clearly the only reason they are not out of business. I wasthere today about 2:30pm and the young lady at the window was really horrible. We went through the drive thu and ordered 2frozen coffees. Not rocket science but they gave us two of what appeared to be medium milks with ice in them. I wasn't payingattention and pulled away from the window and immediately turned around and went inside. There were 6 people standing behind thecounter doing their best to ignore me. I waited patiently for a few minutes while they all side-eyed me and almost hurtthemselves looking away so quickly. Finally the young lady at the drive thru window saw me with two milks in my hand and said"what do you want".. I said these were supposed to be frozen coffees but they're not. She rolled her eyes and gave me the hand.Yes, she actually gave me the hand and said that I had an attitude. I said I just want a refund and she refused. While literallyall the employees were doing their absolute best to not look at me and ignore me, I just said I need my $12 back because youhave me the wrong item. So this young woman just started telling me that I came in with an attitude and therefore I was luckythat she was still being nice. I asked what does that mean and she said "you don't even know" kind of confusing considering sheappeared to be about 15. I said I just want my money back and she said I'm not the manager.
