Very good food, friendly employees but the prices are way out of control. $70 for 4 people- all small burgers.
Ok place to work when on General manager good side. He can talk about other employees but as soon as you talk about him your on... his bad side. Once you on bad side hours have good chance getting cut. Once it busy not enough workers for weekend/holiday tokeep up with order time under 8 minutes. Took 23 minutes to get our food and the place was basically empty. Our hamburgers were soggy and falling apart because they... probably sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they were making fries. How does this place just completely run out of frieswith 4 frying baskets?? Read more
The food we got great but the service while friendly was slow and incomplete. We would recommend finding some other place too... eat. I get the food is cooked fresh but 20 min for 2 buggers and fries seems long. Then to leave our am order of fries and ashake borders on fraud. Luckily we checked out food order and got the missing items before leaving but again over 20 min. Thesite was not that clean for 5 people working and 3 orders being made For a hamburger that cost over$10 each this just makes youfeel cheated. We recommend in n out burger where at least the food is faster and your order double checked as you pick it up. Read more
Food is great. Restaurant is clean. Prices a little on the high side almost $28.00 for a bacon double cheeseburger with fries... and a medium sized drink. Read more
I know that Five Guys ingredients are fresh and of high quality. But the hamburger taste like they have no flavor, at best it... taste like a hamburger a kid can make with just Walmart ingredients. The prices are not worth it in my opinion. Too expensivefor a hamburger, fries and a drink. I heard you can order Cajun Fries or whatever, but I did not see it on the menu. Didn't getthat many fries with my order, which I was disappointed about, since when I was a kid I could remember having a bag full offries with just a small or medium size order. I expected a better experience, but I left unhappy and I doubt I will bereturning. Read more
