This location will literally mess up your order every single time please be prepared to pay for a disappointment. It?s really... not hard to read the ticket and add caramel drizzle when it says caramel drizzle.. please do better Starbucks Read more

This store charged me twice for same transaction on 6/5/2022 for $27.03. The manager forced me to use a different credit card... saying first card used has declined. Paid two times for the same transaction. Disappointed! Read more

Barista was very sweet and super patient with me even though I struggled to get out my order. (I am not an avid coffee... drinker) Service was fast and my drink was done within seconds of my tapping my card!! Also, it tastes amazing. Read more

This is a nice Starbucks inside. Parking is metered, so have quarters ready. My drink was made properly both times I was here... and the bathrooms are clean and maintained. BUT, and my reason for 3 stars, the staff is inattentive if you?re not a friend. Itwas the same when I was here last time with my boyfriend. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes with three baristas in front of metalking to each other, no acknowledgement at all. Another customer came up to get a fork so someone finally saw me. No ?hello?or greeting. I was standing in front of a register, but apparently not the right one. She stood at her Register and waited forme to move over to hers without saying anything. So I just ordered. She did say ?have a nice day? but that was the onlyinteraction. It?s tough to get people who care in customer service anymore so perhaps we need to lower our standards orexpectations. Read more
