The staff was very friendly and the location is clean. However, it did take 10 minutes to receive my matcha tea. The two... people behind me were given their drinks ahead of me, as well. This place is awful I used to work in food so I understand how bad people can be sometimes but this place is terrible they get... my order wrong every single time even When I?m VERY specific and ask to make sure if they got it . They get annoyed and rolltheir eyes when I ask questions as well. DO NOT recommend. Read more
But like, when is their machinery ever working? 5 days out of 7 their machines are broken. Antonio is the greatest barista I have had an experience with at Starbucks! So incredibly friendly and quick too! Great... personality! 5 stars. This is probably the worst Starbucks in the country. The service is poor and they leave the milk out in the open. I had the BEST experience with Zach today. I needed help with 27 gift cards. Yes, you read that right 27. He was so incredibly... patient and kind. He could and should have been very annoyed but instead he shocked me by not only being friendly, but he wentabove and beyond to help with my request. His teammates stepped in to help with the customers behind me so everything keptmoving in an efficient manner. To top it off Zach recommended one of his favorite drinks, since I am not a Starbucks regular (Iknow gasp), and it was AMAZING.
