I am so sad at how bad this Chili's has gotten. I had been happily coming here for years! The food is SO hit or miss and there... seem to only be a handful of servers that actually do much of anything or don't seem to hate being there. Over the past 6months or so my family and I have visited 5 times, hoping it would get better. It has gotten less tasty, slower, and lessreliable. The only thing that has gone up is the amount of dirt in the bar, dining room and rest rooms. What must the kitchenlook like? Even the blackberry margarita I loved dearly is too inconsistent now to warrant the price. Wah! No more for us. ?? Read more

I come here all the time with friends and family and just have to say it?s always a great experience! Food comes out on time and... is delicious every time also our drinks are always full! The team is always friendly and fast with their service. We?ll be backfor more soon! Read more

I love chili's but this is probably the worst one yet. We get there we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat. Doesn't seem long... but when the restaurant has only 5 tables sat in the while restaurant, you just have to ask why. The server was friendly andtold us they were down 1 server. It takes 7 servers to wait on 5 tables? The food runner brought out our drinks, are appetizerand dinner. Not sure who was our server at this point. We seen our sever and another server running around like they has 20tables each. The food runner literally did everything. Our server did however fill up our drinks, thank God I was gettingworried. The appetizer (queso) took 15 minutes to come out, had to remind them we ordered egg rolls too. After we got ourappetizer the food runner brought out our food and the well let's see. My parents food was horrible, salad was small even thougha large was ordered. My mother ordered chicken fajitas and got chicken quesadilla. Now this is honest mistake however theyrushed her fajitas and the chicken was rubber like. My food was fine, however they ran out of ranch or why did I get a sample ofranch. Asked for more never got any. As the servers ran around like there was a 100 tables just sat. We did manage to get a holdof the manager. He did take care of most of our bill and was very friendly. Last thing was the bathrooms were dirty and so wasthe silverware. The good part was everyone was super friendly, no one was rude in anyway. The server could have been new socan't blame him but it was just a bunch of things. Queso and chips- Cold Bathroom clean- No Long wait-Yes Long wait for food-Yes and No. Appetizer-yes dinner-no Service- average Clean restaurant- somewhat Portion size-small. Read more
Food took a long time to come out and there were many issues. The restaurant wasn't busy and this guy kept walking around real... fast, bring out food talking real loud, it was annoying. I did like our server Richey, he was great. The highlight of theexperience but probably Won't be back. Read more
It was my birthday, and the experience wasn?t a pleasant one. The restaurant had maybe 5 people dining at the time of my... arrival. I stood at the front waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes, then decided to find a seat on my own. The waitresswas polite and friendly. She took my order and less than 2 minutes came back with my food ( which was surprising to me ). Thepizza and fries were cold, and nasty. The pizza tasted like the ones from the lunchables box. I was afraid to try the ribs, andjust as I thought, the ribs were cold and nasty. The waitress offered to take back my food and heat it up . I told her no, andgot up and left. Read more
Chilli's is one of my favorite places. The staff is always so friendly and as accommodating as they can possibly be. I like that... the tv and music are not so loud you can't hear others speak. Just a good place to eat all around. Read more
