I walked in last night to get some food. Half of the staff was hanging out with their friends who were eating at the... establishment. The guy who did prepare my bowls, throws both my bowls on the counters before bagging them. I asked him for hotsauce on the side, to begin with he already forgotten that I asked for it. Once I asked for it again, he packs it in the littlecontainer and throws it across the counter and says sorry about that. The establishment was disgusting. Met up with 2 friends to eat dinner here on 11/17/22. Within 3 hours, my two friends and myself all were having diarrhea and... severe vomiting, threw up entire meal. We all had different meals but the common denominator in all our food was the rice andsour cream. It is 4:45am on 11/18/22 and I still am feeling horrible. Ifanyone else was experiencing food poising after eatingat this location on 11/17/22, it?s likely from poor hygiene practices. I strongly believe Chipotles should have ongoingtraining for their employees across the nation about the importance of food hygiene. Read more

1st time in all the times I've been here that I found the place to be a mess and the food not fresh. Serving Station didn't look... like it had been wiped down since lunch (I was there 3:42 on 10/10) empty bins were replenished from online order station, ricewas in balls and guacamole was brown. Mentioned uncleanness of serving station to cashier & got blank stare. Cooking chickenunattended and everyone in the kitchen leaving guests waiting for service. Fountain drink area had tray overflowing with ice andarea in general needing attending. Don't know who or where MOD was....... Food ended up being too disgusting to eat. Always a terrible experience at this location. Consistently given tiny portions of protein because they don?t cook enough meat,... and they ration it out like it?s a soup line or something. Tired of spending money here and never getting a good meal. Read more

Chipotle is awesome! This location isn?t. -Bad staff -Worst chips ever -Food not cooked right (chips always wrong but something... else will be botched also) -Always out of something -Go to the one in Jensen Beach instead. I?ve been here dozens of times thisyear? and I?m just tired of it. Never changes. I think this place is managed from out of New York City, and they need to beinvolved with their restaurant and be present or this place will fail. This is definitely a management/owner issue I don?t evenblame the kids that work here they need better training or consequences for messing up. I travel a lot for business and seenhundreds of well run (and not well run) Chipotle?s. It?s a go-to for good quick food. This is one is close to the bottom of thatlist unfortunately Read more

My boyfriend went to order us some food at 8:30 pm. After arriving and starting to order, he asks for steak for my bowl and the... girl says they are out, he asks how long for more and she said they won?t have any more. Another guy came to help and he told myboyfriend 10 minutes for steak so he waited. Then going to order chips at checkout and obviously they are out of those too at8:30pm when they are open till 10 pm. Do better chipotle. Read more

As a long term customer of Chipotle for over 10 years, I can definitely say this was the worst Chipotle location I've ever been... to. The Quesadilla is more expensive than a rice bowl or burrito, yet they come with less options/sides. The manager on staffrefused to put rice or beans on my quesadilla. He was completely incompetent and couldn't provide any explanation of why hecouldn't complete my order. He was extremely rude and refused to help me. Not only that, but he made me place my order onlineafter I had already been waiting 20 minutes inside the restaurant and said he couldn't charge me in store. They need to tighten up on customer satisfaction. I came in to get some food and they were out of bowls so they offered me no... other choice but a burrito, and then they were out of peppers and tomatoes and had the audacity to charge me $2.60 forguacamole when the right thing to do would be not to charge for guacamole.
