I love Chipotle but today I went there and this is what I got! my plate was almost empty, a complete mess and also very... expensive. It was awful you could count the pieces of chicken. highly disappointed. I will never go back again. Read more
The food was actually tasty which is why I gave it 2 stars however, my friend almost broke a tooth on the seed that you normaly... find on the top of an alvocato so beware! The young lady at the register had quite an arrogant attitude when it was brought toher attention. Read more
Terrible Customer service.. Every time i come in it?s always a bad experience. Workers are rude they barely fill up your bowl.... Asked for half chicken half steak got 2 little pieces of chicken barely any steak and when i asked for more chicken they wantedto charge me double and the employee was trying to argue with me about how much was in the bowl .. Everytime I come here they're out of something, it's 2pm with 6 people in the restaurant and there is none of the special... promotional garlic guajillo steak. Think they need to improve on customer service. Sometimes lanes are long and kids are taking forever to get the orders process. ... It requires a TEAM effort to work there and front centers have to rely on back stage suppliers to have it ready and filled whenfrequently, not just when the run out! Cleanliness is a factor, too! Before, they had a person cleaning the workingarea and making sure items dont get mix (something you see everyday nowadays) as there is only 1 person working orders +++ allother things! I have personally experienced attitude from server and even tell them to take a break or smile at Life.....evenwhile at work! Read more
Clearly my receipt says to chicken bowls not steak one order was right with chicken but didn?t add the lettuce as requested to... that order and barely added a good amount of the other ingredients I?m very disappointed.
