We never be disappointed at the Cracker Barrel. The food is never a problem, it?s all the nik nacks that are for sale in the... store that are!. So much to say about the food but I must mention the apple strudel. I had the catfish for the first time. I had a small issue with my meal, which the manager was more than accommodating. He was... super nice and helpful! Our server was new, and very sweet. I have always loved Cracker Barrel and enjoy shopping in the gift shop, but lately my experiences there have gone down hill and... have been very disappointing. My husband and I frequent the Stuart, FL location quite often and have had multiple badexperiences there. Last night we had dinner there and my husband thought it was freezing in the dining room and it was too cool.Our waiter, Peter, was very hospitable though. When he came to take our order, he brought the silverware in a brown paper bagwithout any napkins and when I took my silverware out of the bag, it was clearly dirty (see photo). The menu had some new itemson it which were mostly appetizers and we were disappointed that my husband's favorite meal had been removed from the menu whichwas the Uncle Hershal's Breakfast. Another favorite has also been removed which is the Eggs in a Basket. I ordered the MapleBacon Chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The mashed potatoes where luke warm to cold when our waiter brought out ourfood which has happened to me on many occasions here and then we had to wait while he went to get clean silverware and napkins.When he returned, he apologized for the silverware being damp and said he had to hand wash the silverware because most of it wasnot very clean out back. That is very disturbing! I also find it bad that our waiter was clearing tables as well as bringingpeople their food....a health hazard if you ask me. You can never go wrong with this iconic, American restaurant chain. Each one has its own unique relics based on the... location. The food was delicious and you can't beat the quality. They could charge more and I would gladly pay. The servicewas a little slow but I'll give them a pass since everyone is short-handed these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Read more

We love our local carcker barrel!! We usually dine in and aleays receive great service. Also love visiting the gift shop either... while waiting for a table or after our meal. Definitely a comfort food dining establishment. The decor always is so much funto look at as well. We used uber eats to get our cracker barrel dinner delivered to us last night. It was definitely apleasant surprise. Its always hit or miss when getting food delivered. However, our food was still HOT when it arrived andtasty as always. We were very pleased with this delivery service as well as the execution from the cooks at cracker barrel. Awesome job everyone!!! Read more

Good food and good people. I'm on a quest for the best biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are real good but the gravel needs more... sausage. There doesn't seem to be any at all. Still good but could be a lot better. Read more
