Very busy football Sunday. It took a very long time to get our food. Our waiter Jason was great. My order was over cooked and... turned out to be wrong item. Jason gladly said let me replace it. That one was much better and hot!!! I wasn't even going to askbut glad I told him because the second burger did have the mushrooms the first one didn't and was cooked perfect!! This is literally the worst Duffy's. We keep giving it chances but every experience just gets worse. About three weeks ago our... potato skins came out like bricks. My rice was overcooked and hard and my boyfriend's fries were inedible. Today we waited forour food. And my burger came out on a regular bun instead of gluten free....find out it's because they are out of them but noone could tell me. Had I been told when I ordered I probably would have enjoyed it without the bun. So now I'm sitting herewriting this while my boyfriend eats and I just sit here. I don't really like anything else on the menu to replace my food...butno one came back to ask if I wanted something else. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one south on route 1. Duffy's in Downtown Stuart was absolutely excellent. The menu was good and the prices were affordable...The food was great and... finding they had a gluten free option for their burger buns an added bonus. The service was absolutely amazing, efficient andfriendly and on what was a hot day even by Floridian standards, the endless refills of ice cold sweet tea was a lifesaver. WouldI go again.....absolutely....in a second flat. In fact I aim to do so this weekend. Read more
Family and I are attending a casual dinner at this location in down town Stuart , one of us ordered 10 boneless wings , They... came out with 9 of them , we asked why , there was 9 he stated after we had the manager out , he stated that the kitchen droppedthe 10th out of the basket , and then they bring (1) SINGLE boneless wing out? this place is ridiculous for the prices andkitchen servicing . The service and food was very good! Annie the hostess welcomed us with kindness. She was professional and friendly. I find her... genuine and ethical. You can tell she takes pride in doing a good job at work. Now days, it can be difficult to find good help.The server was also very proficient! I really liked her too.
