The customer service has increasingly become worse. When I call the restaurant they treat me as if I am inconveniencing them.... The food was enjoyable when I first tried it, now it is old or poorly made. I'm not sure why things have changed so drasticallybut the customer service and food preparation is grotesque. I tried giving them one last chance today but was placed on hold forover 10 mintues three total times. This was my last straw. I will not be returning. If you know of a good wing place please letme know. Update: So after living in Stuart for some time, I realized the treatment I receive is because of my race and areacode. When I call an establishment, I'm treated different when the caller ID displays my area code, or I provide it. (as myvoice is racially ambigious) Same reaction is given once some whites and hispanics see my skin color. Good news is: I found anamazing wing place. The restaurant is called Charleys and guess what?! It is located in Walmart! The customer service wasrefreshing, and the staff is diverse. The food is 3 times as good as Hurricane Wings. My family and I have been coming to this hurricanes for years, we have never had any problems with the servers as they are... always polite and great at their job. The management however is probably the worst I have ever seen it. The manager on duty AJhad an attitude and looked unhappy it was very un welcoming. He dropped off our meal without any engagement and was very rude.It?s not a good look for the restaurant and makes me never want to eat here again. Especially since I notice management givesthe same nasty attitude to his employees as well. Overall it?s very unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I?ve had atthis location. Read more

every time i eat here it gets worse and worse. i ordered the perfect storm for it to come with absolutely no sauce. who wants to... eat dry fried shrimp and boneless wings? No marinara for the mozzarella sticks?? absolutely disgusting. I also ordered 20boneless wings, cyclone and CREAMY lemon pepper only to get BONE IN wings that are dry as can be. Will not be returning everagain and will most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I dont know what it is about this specific location but itseems like its the only one that can?t get anything right. Read more

Wish I knew it was a chain restaurant before coming in. The food was generic and lacked flavor. No healthy options available,... even their salads are unhealthy. The happy hour well drink specials were half servings so not a real deal. Read more
Great food and service. Our waitress was awesome and didn?t miss a beat. She took our order and memorized it all with no errors.... Arcade entertained the kids for a bit for an enjoyable afternoon. Read more
Great place. Friendly, fast, great service. Awesome crew. Day manager and bartender took care of us. My coworker wasn't happy... with his lunch meal of choice. I went down, explained the situation and boom, new fresh lunch, at no cost! That's how to getrepeat customers, take care of them. Kudod to them for realizing things happen! We will be back! Read more
