I really don't mind, I guess, paying over $16 for a #5 sub....I guess....but I asked for Jalapeno peppers....no peppers, and... more lettuce than meat! A little disappointed... Ordered a regular #13 (Italian)... which is a half of a sub... I noticed the server cuts a roll in... half... and then cuts an inch off of the nice end of the half roll... making the half sub an inch shorter obviously... This mustbe a cost-saving measure or something... I wasn't sure if I saw it right so I watched him on the next 2 or 3 orders and I sawthe same thing... I just feel ripped off... I wasn't interested in a challenge or embarrassing anyone so I just paid and movedon... But I feel slighted and so I think I'll just get a sandwich somewhere else next time... Just disappointing... We like to order online and do pick up or doordash delivery. I can?t tell you how many times we order from competitor sub shops... just to get home and find our orders are wrong. Jersey mikes always gets it right (or makes it right if not) which makes themtruly a sub above ;) we appreciate the excellent service every time! Read more
I am sorry and try never to be over critical in reviews but the girl making the sandwich was all over the place and made no... sense. She didn't know what we were asking but finally read back the order correctly only to fail at putting any of thevegetables on the sandwich. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe they employee people with disabilities to help them out buteither way, we tried to remain patient through her extended process. Definitely not worth nearly $24 for two wraps. Read more
We have always made Jersey Mike's subs our go to place. But, tonight, I ordered one Giant Kahuna, 1 medium Kahuna, both with no... Jalapenos, one Italian. When I got home, I realized that they made 2 giant Kahunas and one medium, 1 one Italian. Loaded withJalapenos. And, I paid for all of it . I called them, the girl who messed up the order could care less. I paid too much foran extra sub and they are loaded with hot peppers. And, that's just one Kahuna. The rest is in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I am so disappointed. When placing your order make them repeat the order back and check it before you pull out of the parkinglot. She put me on mute twice, not paying attention to my order. Jalapenos are not good at this house. Read more
