We tried to order online but received a response that they were not delivering at this time. Placed an order online that said... the order would be ready a 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and waited for the girl in the kitchen to come out. She came out and said"picking up?" I said yes, gave her my name and she searched around for a min and then came back and said "yeah, I don't have it.I haven't had time to do any online orders, what'd did you want and It will be 15 20 mins" I was very frustrated but decided towait. While waiting I noticed 1the bathroom door had a sign that said "out of order" the floors were disgusting and it wasn'tbusy at all. Finally, she came out, slammed my food on the counter and said my name, turned around and walked back into thekitchen. No apology. I noticed that part of the order wasn't there, so, again. I WAITED for her to come back out and she said"what's missing" I told her the 2 orders of brownies. She brought them to me and threw them on the box, frozen, without a word.Needless to say. I know the size of the lunch size pizza went down, but this was rediculous.. it was half the size of the small box. I will not... be going back to this location again if they are doing this. Just raise the price, don't shrink the pizza down to nothing. Never again Read more
My girls & I just went it?s Monday mind you no hot n readys at all in either. Ox no crazy bread nothing but the old stale wings!... This girl had the absolute worst attitude n customer service I?ve ever seen!! Thank god we only got 1 n waiting 10 mins the poorgentleman in back of us got 3 n she visibly rolls her eyes at him! Ordered 6 items 5 pizzas and buffulo wings, 2 no suace, not only did i not recive one of the pizzas both also had sauce, heres... the real kicker. The pizza i had to drive up to get was one with no sauce can you guess what it had extra of? Sauce. I willnever order from this resturant or this chain again, i am disguested by how incompetent the employees and driver for failing tonot only not bring a pizza but also not get the pizzas right at all. Whoever owns this store should walk in one afternoon and try to order a hot and ready pizza. The last three times I walked in... the afternoon time the employee was busy on her phone on the back side area and said nothing was ready and anything I wantedwould take ten or fifteen minutes. She moved around as slowly as the other turtle in the back who clearly wasn?t making pizza itseemed they were training for the international lazy-off qualifiers. Seriously Nothing is ever hot and ready. It?s a shame theolder guy who worked there a few years ago as the manager had that place in ship shape. Read more
Worst experience ever. When placing my order I asked the cashier do the still have Zap packs and his response was I have no idea... what those are therefore we must not have those. Moving forward I asked can I purchase the jalapeño cheese dipping sauce and heinformed me it?s was a dollar. They have a sign that clearly states .75. I asked to speak with a manager on duty he went to backand the young informed him that he was the manager on duty. I asked for corporate phone number and he did not know it. The younglady came from the back to ask me what?s the issue when I replied she offered me free sauce? Totally missed the mark I mostdefinitely won?t be returning here. Read more
Haven't been to one in over 30 years. Had to try the new thin crust pep pizza. It was pretty good and chock full of pep. Fast... kitchen and friendly counter service. A couple of outdoor tables woild be sweet. Read more
Unsafe food handling. While standing in a little Caesars tonight waiting for my pizza I was there almost 30 minutes. You can see... everything that is going on in the back kitchen. There was a girl in the back, rubbing her nose, and then sticking her fingersin the dough before she poured the sauce in it. No gloves. Dirty fingernails. Then the girl comes up to the front pops theregister opened and begins to count a slew of cash and makes a drop. I moved to the other side so I could see where she went.She never washed her hands. Did not put gloves on and went back to cooking and touching the dough. Then another lady comesaround the corner, no gloves and does the same thing. All of the workers there were touching and handling money and then goingback to the back to put cheese on the pizzas. Never once washed hands. When I brought it to their attention when they werehanding me my pizzas the excuse I heard was corporate was just there and corporate didn't say anything to them so it's OK andalso it goes in the oven so that kills all the germs. Now I'm no Gordon Ramsay here but come on. It's common sense that you haveto wash your hands when you're handling peoples food especially with all the diseases floating around. Gross. I don't ever makea scene and I'm not a complainer. This was just absolutely disgusting and it's turning my stomach. But like the manager said whois only 21 years old corporate was just there, so I guess none of that really matters huh? Read more
