One of the worst dinning experiences imaginable. Signage says open 24 hours, all exterior lights on, sat in drive thru for 5... minutes, no assistance. Drove up to window, employees present walking around ignoring me. Drove up to next service window, wasignored by the "manager" who just looked up then walked away. Also saw what looked like bugs crawling on the food prep counter,ROACHES! Phoned the establishment, spoke with the manager Elizabeth who stated they're not open 24 hours and that if I had aproblem to call corporate. Next call is to the Stuart Dept of Health! The place was a mess. All tables dirty and the trash over flow. Really unpleasant. Food was ok. No costumer service because they... have kiosk. We were on the road and very hungry, not a nice stop. The good thing was they had every option of food we wanted. Nodrink fountain outside. Read more
While waiting for my food. Older customer came in and was waiting to order at the counter. He was told he needs to order on the... kiosk. Sad part is he said forget it and walked away. This is bad business because all the employee had to do was take hisorder. Or even help him learn the kiosk. Not happy with this I am sure alot of older people can't use the kiosk without help. Staff is quick and friendly here. Really good in the mornings. Their drive-thru menu and intercoms seem to be malfunctioning for... a long time now. Food is typical to any other McDonalds. Good if you need a quick bite or coffee before getting on i95. Read more
The food is better than most Mcdonald's however customer service is a big deal for me and my coffee must be on point I am sorry... you fail at my coffee is the fastest way to get reviewed first they put whipped cream in my coffee then I do not taste myespresso that I paid for no jelly or sauce little reason like this is why other establishments win customer over and after goingback in to buy more food sadly to say they did not. Very disappointed in the ?service? at this location. I went through their 24-hour drive though this morning around 5:00 AM for... some coffee before my long trip home. Waiting in the drive through for about 10 minutes. Nobody answered. Went up to the windowwhere a man who looked like a manager gave me a ?6 minutes? signal. So I went back and waited for another 10 minutes. No oneanswered. They advertise a 24-hour drive through, yet no one there wanted to provide service, I guess. 0 stars if I could.
