Staff was nice. Food was terrible. Take a look at the pics of web vs actual. This is the second bad review I?ve written. The... other was the Burger King right near it. That was even worse if that?s possible. I don?t like to hurt any local business butthey don?t seem to care sooo?.pic 1 and 2 are Stuart version of quarter ponder with cheese vs the web pic. Pic 3 and 4 are theother part of the order order and wrong Stuart version. ? granted the special order is much better but look at the NO?s in theorder and what they gave us. Sorry?. ????. The food is always good here, today I ordered curbside and the manager came out to tell me the quarter pounders are made to... order and would be out shortly, they came out moments later and were perfect. Ty great service ???????? Read more
Wow! This was our first time, we really enjoyed it. A younger crowd, good music, fun decor, great margaritas, and the food... wasn't bad, either! The bowl of warm chips and their fresh salsa they served was a nice start, and I liked their cheeseenchiladas. Read more
I ordered a quarter pounder meal and my burger came out like raw! I threw up!
Pulled up past 10:30 with a Doordash order (yes that was Doordash's fault) For some reason a man decided to come to the speaker... anyway. "Hey man we're closed." (Sometimes restaurants will close to the public and still take online orders, so i said) "I gota doordash order." Instead of being a decent, NORMAL person this jack*ss goes "ok pull up to the 2nd window" so I sit there forTEN MIN while this man goes about his business, even makes a beverage for himself and waves at me. Finally the manager comesover and says they've been closed for quite some time and have no food to give. When told that the man instructed me to pullforward, she was just as confused as I was. He clearly did that intentionally to waste my time, simply because I was unawarethat they were closed. (How was I supposed to know Doordash had malfunctioned?) the lady at the window, cant hear and was swearing at me because i started yelling so she could hear me, then told me she cant... wait for her day to be over. the guy literally threw the bag into my window, and they will not give us sauce. Read more
Went in around 7:00 pm, and I saw the future of McD's at work. They have 4 self order, self pay registers. There was only one... person at the actual counter, and he was back and forth helping staff in the back. No negative reflection on the employee, butit shows what the future is. Unfortunately pay for $15 looks like a lot of tech and sparsely staffed restaurants. Read more
Drive-Through Cashier (female on duty around 1:15 PM on 11/29/22) stole my credit card info and ordered stuff online. Watched... her take a picture of it - never handed me a receipt. Action is being taken. Stay away. Read more
