This is one of my FAVORITE places!! The food is delicious and fresh. The service has been wonderful. I am VERY allergic to... Peanuts. I ordered the Lettuce Wraps and 'Keifer' confidently reassured me there were no peanuts in the ingredients of my meal.He also made sure to check the ingredients of the Fortune Cookies, in case I wanted some. I am really not a big fan of this place at all! The service is very slow here and the food just doesn?t really taste that good... at all, and when you end up waiting 30-45 min for your food and it doesn?t taste good at all it is very disappointing, and notto mention it is a very expensive place to eat at as well! I'm not sure what happened to the pei Wei I used to love. service was fine, but the food was awful. Ordered dan dan... noodles... noodles not cooked,, no ground chicken so they subbed strips of chicken. the honey seared shrimp tasted likestraight vinegar, the rice was not cooked, and the fortune cookies were stale. Ordered delivery service & was very impressed at the quality of food, the ease of ordering online via their website, and the... super friendly, fast delivery person! I really like that you can customize the entrees (change the protein choice, add differentveggies, etc) and the food quality was surprisingly really good. Hope to try more of the menu soon! Read more
Ordered me meal online and drove to the restaurant as directed. I followed the instructions on the sign and waited for over 20... minutes and nobody brought me my food. I was forced to go inside after seeing people pull up after me and quickly grab theirto-go orders and leave. I asked why it wasn't brought out and I was told "we don't bring food outside youbare to come in and getit." Then what is the point of having this big sign out front and also the instructions in your confirmation email??? Now I'mforced to eat cold food and no longer have a lunch break from my job. Much much better! This restaurant seems to have a quick turnover on staff. Xavier, the kitchen manager was helping out with... table service. He was awesome, left him a modest tip. Quality of food is still great, portions kind of slacking. But overall Ilike Pei-Wei. We eat there like two or three times a month. Thanks Pei-Wei Read more
The food is amazing but I wish it had more variety. The service is okay because they have a welcoming voice but you don't get to... walk over and ask them for something without getting up like a normal diner. The atmosphere is great and not crowded. There islots of room for big parties of people. I found the bathrooms very clean and they seem to maintain the restaurant pretty well. Read more
