Starbucks on PSL Bl., has an awesome staff. They are very fast, efficient and always kind and accommodating. No matter how... busy they are ( they are always or nearly always chalk full of people), there is never a delay with receiving your orderexpediently and correctly each and every time. I have been going daily for my delicious Cappuccino and Cafe Americano, which ismade perfectly to my specifications. Thank you to all the wonderful employees there. Me and son visited the Starbucks on a Saturday. The drive thru was super busy so I decided to go in instead. There was a lot of... people inside Also waiting on orders. I totally understand the fact they were busy and needed to get the orders taken care ofbut the problem was as I waited over 10 Min for anyone to acknowledge me and my son standing there, the person who seems to bethe manager even didn?t acknowledge the folks waiting. I am in management myself and understand when it?s busy it?s busy butcustomer service is crucial to those who are waiting to make orders.
