Starbucks on PSL Bl., has an awesome staff. They are very fast, efficient and always kind and accommodating. No matter how... busy they are ( they are always or nearly always chalk full of people), there is never a delay with receiving your orderexpediently and correctly each and every time. I have been going daily for my delicious Cappuccino and Cafe Americano, which ismade perfectly to my specifications. Thank you to all the wonderful employees there. Me and son visited the Starbucks on a Saturday. The drive thru was super busy so I decided to go in instead. There was a lot of... people inside Also waiting on orders. I totally understand the fact they were busy and needed to get the orders taken care ofbut the problem was as I waited over 10 Min for anyone to acknowledge me and my son standing there, the person who seems to bethe manager even didn?t acknowledge the folks waiting. I am in management myself and understand when it?s busy it?s busy butcustomer service is crucial to those who are waiting to make orders. The entire team was friendly and courteous. They were helpful and efficient. My beverage was prepared quickly however it was the... worst caramel macchiato I?ve ever had! It was watered down and just lacked flavor. This is my go to drink and it taste likewatered down sweet milk. This was my experience at this location. Read more

This is a cool little Starbucks, not much space, but the service is good and the Wi-Fi sufficient to handle my business needs... while sitting at the table. The environment was calm, quiet and professional. The staff was friendly and the dining area andrestrooms were clean and well cared for, the parking lot was easily accessible and there was ample parking as well, this is easyto find easy to access and easy to enjoy location and if you need to do some work while having a good drink to fuel yourself forthe rest of the day I would recommend this Starbucks for friendly delicious service and internet access if you find yourself intown in need of these things.
