I can't tell you how excited I am that I just had a Tropical Smoothie experience that is amazing! The tropical smoothies by my... house are absolutely horrible. But I love tropical smoothie, this one did not disappoint! Service was amazing, food wasexcellent, restaurant was clean and organized. The employees even brought my food out to me in the dining area as soon as it wasready, within minutes of ordering. Whatever you're doing to make this one awesome keep it up. I will literally Drive 35 minutesfrom my house when I'm craving Tropical Smoothie to get it here! Read more

Ordered online, hit directions to go pick up and was routed to a store in a completely different area. Figured I ordered from... wrong strong as that has happened in the past. Went to the store and was told our order wasnt there. Showed my phone which wasshowing that we ordered at the store we were at, but unfortunately the order was really at the original choice of stores! Wentto the other store picked up my items and our 2 smoothies were basically melted and the wraps not much better.... Very unhappywith your online app! We wasted a lot of time driving around to pick up an almost$30 order that was cold and melted....???? Read more
