The kids working this place are turning away customers and. Don't really care. No one was present at the counter. I showed them... my online order and she stated they didn't receive it, and was turning away. That's it, didn't care to find out what was goingon. She was too busy being in the back. I showed her my order and said they didn't receive it. I told her, I called to check andI was told it was getting made. She said, "we don't answer phone calls" lol what kind of business, why have a phone then? I toldher, someone answered. She went to the back and said oh yeah we didn't make your order but someone took it? Lies and laziness.First, they didn't have it then someone else took it? They don't answer phones? I feel as if this is deserved. I did not catch the young lady?s name who helped me and was so kind. She?s blonde and very... accommodating. I accidentally placed my online order to the treasure coast mall location. Instead of making me drive there formy paid order she kindly took my order down, let me know it was the same owner and I had my smoothie and lunch in minutes. Thankyou for being kind. Located inside a strip mall, usually not too busy. No drive through, but the are pretty quick on orders. Tropical Smoothie... tends to be on the pricier side, especially when it comes to food. Service is good, inside it's always clean, no complaints. Read more
I had a great experience here. I had the hummus veggie wrap and I couldn't have been happier with it. I removed the cheese and... ranch in order to make it vegan. The girl at the counter suggested I put some jerk sauce on it - I did, and it was great! I hadgreat service, was served quickly, was happy with the price and food of course. They don?t greet you, they don?t ask how can they help you- they just stare at you and wait for you to speak. They do not speak... to you other than telling you how much you owe. They definitely need training in customer service. I was waiting at the counterfor someone to notice I came in- there was no music on so it was silent and two girls working. The one girl didn?t even saythank you or anything to anyone who came in. Just rude and looked like she wanted to do the bare minimum. Only giving one starbecause the other girl that was working was nice and said thank you to customers and greeted them. Read more
