It took the cashier over 39 minutes to take our simple order, 4 people,one was a child. Then someone tried to step in and help... him and it got worse. 30 minutes more to get food .my simple baked potato came with cheese and ???????? instead of plain.andthe fish sandwich was ghastly. Normally this Wendy?s restaurant is a must stop before we head back home to Central Florida from Coconut Creek. However, on... Sunday we placed a large order that was not prepared properly. Also, we did not receive a receipt, received attitude when weasked for sauce and when we drove back around the drive thru to speak to someone about our order, we had to basically screaminside to get someone?s attention because we were being ignored. Horrible! Drive thru service 2 times in a row was ridiculous! On a Friday, over an hour before closing, couldn't pick up an... online order due to idk what reasons. Second time, straight rude employee. They accepted both orders long before closing,andcanceled both after arriving to pick up the order. I was working Door Dash! They cost me money and time! I'd of rated it withzero stars if it was an option. Also, I am not the type of person to give reviews. Just, this was absolute utter nonsense!
