The manager is always rude and unprofessional. I asked for a book of matches and she stared at the ceiling and said "nope we... dont carry matches" . I went in that night and asked the man that was cashier for a book of matches and he gave me one rightaway. The evening and overnight employees are all great. They need a new manager though. Just love the koolees at Kum & Go. The perfect treat on a hot day. Plus the 3 cent fuel saver always helps.
They're overpriced on quite a bit of merchandise. I bought a carton of cigarettes and it cost me almost one and a half times... more than their competition across the street, kinda seems like they're price gouging. My wife and I will never shop thereagain!!!!! Read more
No small town values. Talk to two employees about the pizza that I received. The pizza was disgusting dripping with grease and... made my child sick. I took both pizzas back to the store and left them on the counter. Of course I asked to speak to a managerand no manager was available. I left my number no call back from the manager. Very nice station to stop at. Easy access, store is stocked well with merchandise. Clean store, with friendly staff. Grab to go... food is pretty good. The pumps have always been in working order, which is very much appreciated. Read more
Bought gas here 7-13-21 had 230 miles to get home made it 10 miles down I80 and the fuel filter plugged up it took 6 more fuel... filters to get home that's a total of 7 fuel filters at $15.00 each. When I got a new fuel filter at Napa they said I was the5th person today that they had in that Bought gas there today with the exact same problem. ???????????????? I Read more
