It was ok. Still like Wendy's better. It was cool that brought back the Halloween buckets for kids meals.
Super busy, however no communication regarding the delay. Waited almost 1/2 hour for food & never got it. Traveling across state... & needed to keep going. Requested a refund with several others. Manager did the refund & kept apologizing they had short kitchenstaff. I feel for them, but when taking orders & that is happening, the apology should come before the order is being taken &ask if the customer wants to order knowing the potential wait time. Stopped by McDonald's in Stuart Ia. after getting gas for to continue my road trip. The kid taking orders was great but the rest... was terrible. After waiting 16 minutes I asked for my money back the Manager was in no hurry to refund my money which I'm surehe was doing on purpose. No apologies or saying sorry! Read more
i?ve lived in stuart my entire life and never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. i came through to get two... fountain drinks and sat in the drive through at the speaker for over 10 minutes. i was saying hello and there was no response.someone pulled into the other lane and immediately ordered, so i pulled to the window and nobody was there. i then came insideto get my drinks and they were visibly busy, but that is no excuse for such poor customer service. employees also looked dirtyand unsanitary. very sad for this place. I frequent McDonalds, especially here in Stuart. On average, 2-4 times per month. Today I ordered for a family of 5. That... includes burgers that are special order, condiments, and fries. I usually order via the app. However, tonight that was notworking so I went inside to order it. It worked well going through the kiosk and I earned points and used my special deals likeI would have in the app. Food came out quickly (approximately 5-7 minutes, I didn't specifically time it). All our food was inthe bag and we drove about a mile home to eat it. Food was made correctly. All the food tasted great. Fries were cold, but wedidn't eat them right away, so they may have been given to us hot, but I doubt they were fresh out of the fryer to beginwith. Per the usual, this location does a good job. They are not always fast, but I almost never have an incorrect order andthe food is usually hot and fresh. Read more
Ordered a McDouble and this is the most sloppy put together sandwich I?ve ever seen and too make it better there?s only one tiny... pickle on the entire sandwich with barely any onions.
