6/26/2022 Stopped in for teriake steak sub. It was pretty good. The line went good and the place was clean.
I feel like I'm so used to subway employees having an attitude or rushing me through the line, but the ladies that made our... sandwiches today are both some of the most courteous and helpful I've ever encountered in the food service industry (and I loveto eat!). To make it all better, the ingredients were very fresh and there's some really cool handmade decor on one side. Cleanestablishment too. Great sandwich, but was denied use of my coupon apparently because of an issue for the store! Why send customers coupons and... then refuse to accept them?? Seems shady Read more
This is honestly the best Subway I?ve ever been to. Everything, including the lettuce & spinach (which are usually mushy &... wilted at other locations), was extremely fresh. The entire store, including inside & outside, was superbly clean. The sandwichartist was very friendly & even joked & laughed with me about a certain sign inside???? I think their name was ?Sav? or ?Sam? ontheir name tag. It had been a long day & I was very pleased that when we showed up only about 20 minutes until closing time, notonly were we able to still be served, we were greeted and served with professionalism & kindness. After driving all day we finally found a Subway that was open. Online it said it was open until 10:00 p.m. and it was just... before 9:30 when we pulled into the parking lot. The employees waited until we completely pulled into the parking lot thenrushed to turn off the open lights and laughed as we had to turn around. If this is the kind of employees you're hiring you'regoing to be losing business and money. Very disappointing. Read more
Women behind the counter were unprofessional, and rude. They were upset I put spinach on my sub. Didn?t complete my order for... pick up and didn?t know how to read the receipt for online order. (I ordered a bottle of coke and they thought I ordered a cup).One woman said that she had put the soda in the bag but hadn?t, and I felt like she insinuated I stole it. I felt reallyunprepared to go into a semi hostile situation when I was picking up an online order, something I thought should be a one anddone. I ended up forgetting my chips because of the whole experience and I didn?t want to go through talking to them again. Read more
This is one of the best Subways I have been to. There were 4 employees and all were happy to help. I think they had everything... that Subway offers on hand. If all Subways we're like this one I would eat there more often Read more
