We were camping nearby and saw this from the road. We thought we?d give it a shot. I had the smoked chicken, green beans, and... Cole slaw. My husband had ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, and slaw. It was SO good. The meat was very tender. The peopleworking were friendly and working hard. We will 100% be back. I grew up in Texas and have been looking for a decent Texas style barbecue anywhere around here. In Texas, barbecue means beef... not pork. We rolled up into Sooner barbecue and were immediately impressed with the smoking operation going on outside in theparking lot. The people were over-the-top friendly.
