Good food, nothing amazing. They could definitely make the menu like half the size and be doing better. Also the music was loud... for 10am. Love that this place is open super late. Read more

Very poor customer service. Called to place an order before 1:30am. Was told they stopped taking orders and when inquired the... time they stop, was told “1:30”. I proceeded to tell the girl it’s not 1:30am yet and I was starving. She hung up thephone. Won’t need my service ever again at any location and that’s fine because it’ll save me from rude future encounterswith their staff. It was an order for one person at that! Read more

A small, family-owned restaurant offering an extensive menu of vegan and conventional proteins, located in a very busy shopping... plaza. Both inside and patio seating are available. This middle-priced eatery is open 24/7. The menu is posted on the wall, above the order counter. As this is my first time at the restaurant, I asked Eva, the person at the counter, which entries sherecommends. She described several dishes. Our party made their selections, and was given an identification number. The meal isdelivered to our table. Since it was one of those perfect California days, we chose to sit on the patio. All restaurants haveproblems. It is how these difficulties are handled, which makes the difference. We received another table's order. It wasimmediately removed and, a few minutes later, replaced with our ordered meals. The owner of the restaurant came over andapologized. Our table ordered a combination of vegan and animal proteins. The generous servings were well plated; just out ofthe kitchen - hot. (Thick, heavy ceramic plates hold the heat.) The Greek omelet, with an order of bacon, was delicious. The macand cheese was smooth, rich, and mildly flavored. My large, mild vegan beef burrito, stuffed with rice, beans, and ground veganbeef, perked up with the included cup of chopped, pickled jalapeno peppers. Each plate was served with an arugula/pickled beetside salad. It was delicious. The drinks were large. Parking in the shopping center's crowded lot is difficult. Everything iswheelchair accessible. There is a low curb to access the sidewalk from the parking lot. Read more

Used to be good, quality has gone down hill fast to the levels of DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered side of fruit, blueberry’s are... covered in mold. The Turkey bacon is clearly just microwaved store bought Oscar-Meyer or similar brand. It’s limp, chewy andbarely lukewarm. Avocados are half brown and going bad, and taste terrible. They also advertised and “home brewed sugar freepassion fruit ice tea” then come out with a bottle of Snapple passion fruit ice tea which has 74% of your daily sugar….. Read more

Crave started out as a promising experience, but quickly turned into a dumpster fire. My first time at Crave is also my... last. To start out, Crave is very expensive for what it is. It’s similar to quick-serve at a theme park. You place your orderat the counter, and they give you a number. Coffee is a whopping $5.00. Small Lemonade. Same thing. The cashier taking theorders was friendly, and accommodating. That was where I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, with a side of Bacon and a Lemonade. My total came to nearly $30. When I went to pay, I attempted to leave a tip before being informed that the company takes all thecredit card tips, leaving nothing for the service staff. I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $30 for a cheap breakfast, the lastthing I would want to do is chip in another 20% to the company coffers. The fact they don’t disclose this is shady, and reasonenough to make me not want to return, but it gets worse. After waiting nearly 25-minutes for my food, it wasn’t remotelytasty. The waffles were ice cold and stale. The bacon was soggy and wet, and the chicken tenders were unappealing. The foodrunner with the blue Mohawk has an absolutely vile attitude. She was crass, unhelpful and absolutely useless if you needanything at all, aside from dumping a plate of food onto various tables. Every request I made was met with an unfriendly sigh, followed by a less-than-friendly response, and zero follow-through. I asked for sauce for the tenders, which never came. Afterasking twice, and another ten minutes of waiting, I politely took my plate to the counter and asked for a refund, which waspromptly given. The many reviews about the mega-poor service and the highly-overpriced, less-than-tasty food are true. I wouldavoid Crave, even as a last-option. Read more

Craving literally anything else in the entire world other than this place, which is ironic considering the name. Ordered a... veggie burger which I thought would be a safe choice — got some strange grey paper thin, flavorless, charred mush with theconsistency of a live flopping fish. There was also some ambiguous bacon that I assume could only have been made from somemythological mystery creature doused in liquid-smoke. Anyways, no need to further explain; pictures provided for verification. The vanilla “latte” looks and tastes like moldy dishwater with curdled chunks floating at the top, and the cookie was hardenough to be used as a self-defense weapon if needed. On the plus side, there was on-site bathroom, which came in handyconsidering the above. Left feeling confused, nauseous and robbed of $48.87. Read more

Such a great place for crepes or any other food since they have many options. My girlfriend and I usually go to the one in Van... Nuys or the Woodland Hills one but since we were in Studio City area we stopped by this one. I saw that they set up a tent inthe front for outdoor dining but due to the new limitations on outdoor dining, I don't think its possible anymore. We got thestrawberry, banana and blue berries crepes along with the club sandwich. Their club sandwich is very good and you get a decentsize of it. Their crepes was made very differently from the other places I been to because they put the fruits outside of thecrepes and not inside. It also looks like they give less fruits here but I guess location vary on this. The parking situation isfine but I know for a fact pre-covid, it would've been a struggle to find a spot. Read more
