Just had a large roach crawl out of our pizza Box. Domino's studio city on Ventura boulevard is a joke.They only had one... employee running the store when I showed up on Friday night to pick up a carry out pizza. Rude girl at the counter. Messed up the order after I explained 3 times what I wanted by pointing to it on the menu. Can?t eat... tonight because of that after waiting for 15 minutes, thanx a lot. Read more

I would give a quarter star if there was one. I live 3 miles from the store in studio city and I can't for the love of God... think of a good reason why they can't cook the pizza completely and then cut is as you order, after all there is a place on the website says special instructions. No why would anyone be interested in looking at this little gem. Well to say the least ittakes Armando almost 30 full minutes to drive 3 miles. I understand covid rules and traffic situations are slowing things downbut come on domino's, you can at least make an attempt to deliver pizza that is slightly warm rather than cold. My grandmotheris long dead and buried but she could get things done better and faster. You workers should get together soon and go swimmingin a pool of fast setting concrete and that would be a great start Read more

I ordered a pizza which cosat me $49. I expected to have double cheese, double Pepperoni, and mushrooms. I tipped good, I gave... the driver an extra cash tip as I always do./ Then I opened my "pizza",... no double cheese (which I paid for), No doubleanything I paif for.. skimping on everything that was a topping. This is the second time these employees at this PARTICULARSTORE have done this to me. They dont care, and they are cheating customers on simple items like cheese,.. are you serious?? This is a big disappointment. Of course , my credit card was charged the full amount. When I go in person ordering and pickingup I tell them at ordering that I will check the pizza, and amazingly, then it is OK. So, either they dont have quality controlor a manager, or two bad ones. Ordered pick up. However I was a few minutes before closing. 10pm! I felt bad. And I was told by the female employee (we are... about to close) insinuating, don't ask me.for.nada! I ordered. Anyway. Was OK. Veggies were a bit blah....but order was correct! Read more

They were honestly packed and low on staff members but they did their best to get my order out and I respect that since I?ve... also worked in restaurants and it gets busy quick. Give them a break and don?t be jerks. Y?all complaining saying they?re slowand rude. Why don?t you guys get behind the kitchen and start making 50 pizzas with short staff. See if you can keep a smile andstill be nice to customers pouring in still. It?s not our faults that their short staff. They do what they can with what theyhave. Cool people and nice service. Thanks to the people here to give me my order as fast as they can. I feel your pain :/ Read more

The pizza I have no complaint about they make it well done just the way we like it and it?s better than Pizza Hut. Yesterday I... ordered pizza for delivery and I put instructions on how to get into the building and Armando the delivery driver couldn?t getin. I went outside to get my pizza I showed him how to work the intercom for next time and he said ?I don?t live here to knowhow to work the intercom? he was plain rude and unprofessional just very disrespectful and looked at me like he wanted to hitme. He said ? I have been outside your building for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get it and I have 5 more deliveries?Our building has cameras so we can see who is at the intercom and he didn?t even try when he got to the intercom. Armando youhaving so many deliveries is not my problem and knowing how to work intercom systems is your job. Also, learn how to followinstructions when they are given to you, keep your mouth shut and change the attitude. I hope to never see you again you arejust plain scary. Read more

I work in the area and have very limited time for lunch. So I always place my order on line and follow the tracker so I know... when it?s ready. That?s how it?s supposed to work. Apparently not here. This is the THIRD time I?ve placed an order, and I don?teven leave to pick up until the tracker says it?s ready. Then why is it that when I go to pick up at this store, it hasn?t evenbeen started.
