This place uses very little sauce: which is an Italian thing. But: ooops, they use too toolittle. The cheese is missing. More than that, they're super delicious, light, thin, crispy (but not hard)... crust and flavorful toppings--good sauce, cheese and whatever else you choose. It was the best gluten-free pizza I?ve ever had in Los Angeles. Premium toppings and authentic selections made itworth every dollar spent. I ordered the Arugula.
