I just went to this restaurant and it was nice till we sat and i found some werid string in the salsa they gave us and then... there was some black thing in my water and then the sprite i ordered was so watered down i didn’t know it was sprite whitchwas fine but then i found plastic in my taco so yea that was my experience made sure to send my plate back but fyi this placeain’t that good Read more
Nice Mexican restaurant. Ample Parking in the rear. Clean and great service. I ordered the shrimp and blue crab enchiladas and... they were delicious. With a name like Mexicali Cocina my family’s expectations were modestly high. However it appears that the food is not the... focal point for this location. 3 people in our party ordered the seared ahi tacos, after years of traveling and eating at finerestaurants in over 10 countries the person in the back calling themselves a chef should be sued for fraud. The tuna was verypoorly seasoned and the sauce on top was bland. However the tamales i had were quite good compared the real deal.
