When we were first walked in the hostess greeted us very pleasant she was. Waitress came to table took order for appetizers and... drinks and meal she was very pleasant. Orders came to the table three of us at hamburgers ordered well done all three they cameto the table red. The manager on duty at the time took care of the situation and we are all very pleased. This is not our firsttime to Applebee's and will not be the last time keep up the good work and we shall see you soon. Read more
My daughter loves Applebee's so I am sometimes forced to eat here. I cannot remember a time when I was not disappointed eating... here. I love Applebee's too. But this location is simply not good. The waitstaff, you can clearly tell, are simply waiting outtheir shifts. The food is almost never fully cooked or brought to you warm. The drinks are weak and poorly presented. We eatthere often and it's always the same. 2 star for me. Read more

If it weren?t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee?s would?ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our... dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I?ve never experienced thisbefore. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing ourmain course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn?t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like weare being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Never used the service before. I was visiting sturbridge mass for a business conference. All I did was type into Google maps... delivery near me. Clicked on Applebee's and as soon as I figured out what I wanted and checked out delivery was within 30 minseven with the address location sent to the delivery driver to the wrong location she called me and we met promptly in the lobbyof the hotel in which I stayed. My meal was 29. But with taxes, delivery fee and a tip my total was 47.00 which wasn't that badconsidering I didn't have a vehicle to pick up my meal. So all in all I have to say it was a great experience and if I'm ever inthe area for business again I would definitely reuse the service! Read more
