Jennifer was a great waitress! She was fun and friendly and was more than happy to deal with the quirkiness of my family. She... even made a perfect suggestion for me when I was having trouble choosing between dinner and breakfast food! I got the FrenchToast with chicken and it was delicious. ???? And the Glitter Globe something drink hahaha it had sparkles in it! And I got tokeep the cute little maple syrup bottle! ???? We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back if we lived here. But weonly visit for Sturbridge Village so maybe we?ll come back the next time we go there. :) Thanks Jennifer! ?????? Read more

I had an okay brunch here with my friends this morning. The chocolate chip pancakes had a lot of chocolate chips, but they were... still good. The casserole was incredibly greasy and had way too much cheese. The french toast was awfully sweet but still good. Our food took 45 minutes to come out, but it was still an okay meal. Disappointed in the lack of customer service, we asked forhot chocolate and were told the machine was broken. After our waiter left we saw another table get a latte brought to them, sowe asked for a latte, and he responded the machine was broken. Pretty ridiculous. It?s a good spot to bring kids but be awarethere can be a long wait and the retail store has a lot of easily broken items. Read more

Host Andrew and Waiter Patrick were nice..The food was horrible to say the least. We ordered loaded tater tots, they were ice... cold , not even warm. I ordered a cheese burger, I told them well done, the burger was raw, beyond rare. Our waiter took itback, got the same burger back, I knew it was not a replacement because I had cut it in half they had clearly just taken thehamburger and the top bun and put it on the grill. The bun was greasy and burnt and the bottom bun had Raw meat juice on itfrom when I sent it back. So the new burger was not any better whatsoever I obviously did not eat it and asked to be taken offmy bill. My kids chicken tenders were definitely overcooked and were not eaten. Out of four people only one person completelyfinished their meal.. my daughter ordered a piece of their chocolate cake for dessert and it was brought out to the table and itwas basically a pile of mush and crumbs ..Needless to say we will not be coming to this Cracker Barrel in the future.. Thekitchen staff should know better Read more

Simple comfort food and wonderful hospitality. First time I tried the chicken pot pie and it was nice! Not the best location to... stay overnight in RV parking as spaces are on a fair incline. Read more

Just like all cracker barrels. Fantastic value for the food which is always delicious. And somehow, every time I order a rare... steak at a cracker barrel, I get a rare steak! Weird, but I like it. Maybe they should suggest this crazy idea to steakhouseswho know that rare really means medium. Perfect! Read more

The atmosphere/appearance of the exterior, and the store are great. The food and service leaves a lot to be desired. Went there... both in Dec and tonight. 35-40 min wait for burger and veg soup. Called to say they were out of soup, so I then ordered plainbaked potato. Fries with burger were cold upon leaving restaurant (as potato was, back in Dec), and the (very small andthin-skinned, for $6) potato was covered in cheese and condiments, when I had told the girl twice that it needed to be plain. My Dad's burger was acceptable, but was nothing special, and certainly was not worth the $10+ it cost. I didn't have time forreplacement on potato, so staff reluctantly called manager for refund. Manager listened politely, but didn't seem to care -offered no apology, compensation (like a credit for store or future visit) - nothing, except mentioning they'd been out of soupall day, so he wasn't sure why girl answering phone didn't catch that right away. It feels like a production line there fortakeout, not a dining experience. That and the food quality lead me to question the safety and hygiene. For that reason, wewon't be going back for food, nor would we recommend it to anyone. I did contact Customer Relations via the website - Hopefullythey will show more concern than the location manager did, and will fix the problems for other customers in the future. Read more

We boondocked overnight in a designated parking lot behind the Cracker Barrel lot. There were 2 signs pointing the way for RV's... and buses. The parking lot is well lit and we felt safe. The food was great and generous portions. Read more
