Got a sub and a side salad from this place. Super sub was missing bacon. Salad had no pita. The roast beef and Turkey tasted... borderline rotten. Had such a bad taste and smell to it. Salad was $9 and was worth $100 at best. Skimped on toppings anddidn’t taste fresh. Bathroom not cleaned in days. Lady rang the food up with the same gloves she used to make food with. Read more
Ordered pizza at 5:30, pizza did not arrive until 8:30. Cold and nasty! Then, price online is $22.28, when driver came, receipt... says $27.53. This is a total ripoff! Horrible food, switch and bait price extremely long wait! Read more
I ordered at 5 pm, called at 6pm they told me my order was in the oven at 6 pm. I called at 7:20 and they told me they still... have not gotten to my order and that they didn't even have parts of my order. Almost 2 and a half hours later..I only live 5minutes away. Very disappointed. Read more
Almost every time I go here my order is messed up some how and also the food is like a solid 5/10 but I will pretty much put... anything in my body so I always go back. I’m a big fan of the online ordering but I think y’all need a different website tocustomize orders instead of just leaving a space for a note to the kitchen. Regardless of if they improve I will still be aloyal customer because I am simply lazy and don’t care about most things. If I wanted a good meal I’d go to a fancyrestaurant. Read more
We were camping down the road and didn't feel like cooking burgers so we ordered pizza wings and apps online. We showed up about... 20 minutes later knowing we would be early. Lady at the register was slammed. 2 cooks were slammed. Once the lady on the phonewas available she rang us out. We waited 5 more mins for the food and we were on our way. All the food was above average andnothing was missing. We both come from corporate food service background and the 5 stars is for the professionals doing the jobof several people with only 3 and still keeping their composure. Food service industry is trash right now, especially chains, soif you come across a mom and pop shop that is busting their a$$ to stay afloat with no employees cut them a little slack if theyaren't perfect. Waited at the register for a while before I could even order. 2-3 people in a row inquired about what was going on with their... orders and the woman at the register seemed overwhelmed. I should have taken that as a clue. Ordered four separate meals. $70worth of stuff (which is a lot of food, at this restaurant) and wasn’t handed any kind of receipt. Was told 25min. Took anhour. I checked in around 40m. After standing outside the whole time. A different woman was at the register and “hadn’theard” of our order. “Did we place it online?” “Did we pay already?” After minutes of being told they didn’t knowwhat I was talking about, another woman came over and said to “look for a $50 order” (it wasn’t 50, it was 70). Couldn’tfind it. Minutes of confusion before they figured it out and told me another 10m. Went back outside. Waited another 25 or sobefore it was brought out by the owner/cook. And he forgot the small cheese pizza meant for my youngest daughter. They alsoforgot the chs for my other daughter’s fries and didn’t include condiments of any kind. Went in to get the missing pizza, atleast, and remind them. Owner huffed and stomped on over to his ovens. He had the pizza done and sitting there in a box. He justdidn’t, you know, put it with the rest of our order. He dropped it a few inches into the counter and stomped off. Also sawmultiple cars come and go multiple times, waiting for food. Overheard that deliveries were “an hour and a half out.” Theironline presence and menu note a restaurant and bar. Those are closed. This place is takeout only The foods alright. Nothingspecial. But DO make your order online. They’ll lose ot if you make it in person. And DONT expect it for a few hours. An hrfor pickup 1.5-2hrs for delivery And expect a few things to be wrong, or missing. I'm an OTR truck driver and I love pizza. I ordered the meat lovers. Really good pizza plus they deliver to the Pilot on RTE 15.... As soon as I my pizza was delivered another driver came up asking where I got it from. Without even sampling the food they get arecommendation just because they deliver to a semi in a truck stop. Delivery consistently takes 2 hours on average and I live 4 minutes away. The food used to be decent but recently it has not... been very good at all. The online ordering is convenient, but unfortunately I have given this place too many chances to changemy mind so I'll be moving on. Read more
