Employee was unable to complete my transaction at the register. She was able to tell me I had a $25 balance on one of my subway... gift cards, and $4 on the other, but when the transaction was declined, she couldn't explain it. It is not the customer's faultthe card machine is giving error messages that cannot be understood by the employee--and the employee on this evening didn'teven offer an apology. I had just worked a 12 hr shift at the local hospital and didn't have my wallet on me--only the giftcards in my car console--it is only thanks to the complete stranger in line after me that I was able to bring home a sandwichfor my son. BIG THANK YOU to the African American young lady with the short hair that worked in the morning yesterday .I am very pleased... with how she kept her cool and didn't react differently towards the gentleman who was nothing but rude and disgusting towardsher .She was doing her job and he wanted free product and she explained to him in a very nice tone that she couldn't .The younglady did nothing wrong .When it was my turn next she didn't even show that it phased her, and made my experience lovely andeven got me laughing at her jokes . This generation is what we need .Great Job Kiddo and great job management for teaching thekids how to stay calm . Read more
Brienna messed my friend's order and she was not even sorry about it. She threw out sandwich in the trash and even charged us... for it. Worst customer service rep ever. If I owned this subway franchise, I would have fired her on the spot. Read more
Terrible service, grinder was awful. Please stay away from this Subway, unless you want to be very disappointed! Fortunately for... locals, they have another Subway not too far away that has much better service & overall quality. We recently ordered a footlong steak & cheese from this Subway & it was inedible, honestly so bad that we each took one bite & that was it for both me &my fiance. It was absolutely smothered in mayonnaise, when we only wanted (and asked for) a normal amount, not heavy on themayo. I mean, it was literally drowning in mayo...so gross! The bread (regular Italian) was also hard as a rock, so definitelynot fresh. Steak was chewy, as if it was overcooked. We were really looking forward to sharing this grinder, as we don't getSubway too often & both craving steak & cheese. I will go to the West Street Subway location (next to Dollar General, in theDunkin' plaza) from now on if I'm in Ware & want a grinder. I have never had any issues with that one, but Subway in Walmartneeds to either hire new employees, or retrain the current ones. Read more
