I went to this Wendy?s location because I was hungry and also grabbing food for my bf. I waited about 10-15 minutes which was... fine for me I had two sleeping babies in the car. I order 2 $5 biggie bags and a order of baconator fries that I really wanted.I spent $16. No one greeted me they just took my card then shortly gave me my food. I left the location and halfway home irealized they were not in the bag. I live 30 mins away and was not about to turn around. I understand people forget but whenmoms want something to snack on and don?t get what they paid for it?s a big disappointment and this can go out for anyone. I gotno receipt or anything so I called to the store to tell them what happen and that they need to pay more attention to the itemsthat go out and all I got was ? oh ? ok ? not going back to this location. 1st and last. Kitchen disgusting from what you can see from the drive thru (grease marks on evey glass ...flies flying on top of... the frying area) The kids walks around and prepare the order without any gloves. They Messed up the oders forget all the saucesgot 2 completly differents drinks and no straws for us ... Top of it the guy I should say the kid at window was rude ????Imbelivable or I came on the very bad timing but it was not busy at all ... Iam aware it s junk food place but a minimum ofclean service will be appreciate. Read more
Wendy's is Terri le now. I literally can't remember the last time I got warm food from a Wendy's. Gone down hill fast and I rank... it at the very bottom of fast food restaraunts. So gross. Read more
First they forget my bottle of water. Had to wait st the drive through because no inside dining. Then the salad I ordered was... horrible! Over cooked chicken, salad was brown. Never again! Lucky you got a ???? Read more
Usually have a great experience here but the line was longer than usual so I went in. Got the wrong burger twice and the worker... was literally holding it against his body as he gave it to me?yuck. I was sprayed by the soda machine and berates by flies. As Iwaited for my second attempt at the burger I ordered, the whole staff bullied a teenager worker into crying because she did notwant to work overtime. Do better. Read more
Waited 10 minutes to have our order taken after the people in front of us ordered, then waited 20 minutes for nuggets & fries.... When we did finally get our food we were told there were no nuggets so they replaced them with fries. There were a bunch ofteenagers working with no visible leader - if there was someone effectively managing the shift I?m sure it would have run muchmore smoothly. Read more
This Wendy's beats surrounding locations by far! The restaurant was well maintained and very clean. Their customer service was... excellent, from taking our order to employees coming around to ask if we needed anything is rare since this is a fast foodplace. The food was good, we had the Jr. Bacin burger meal and taco salad. Highly recommend this Wendy's. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 8PM. About 8 or 9pm they stop serving baconator fries. They claim that they are out or will just flat out... tell you they're not doing it. I'm not sure if the manager is just too incompetent to order properly or if night shift is justtoo lazy to make it but I'm leaning more towards lazy night shift because 9 out of 10 times the next day at lunch they are ableto make them but if you come back after 9 or 10pm mysteriously they can't make it.
