Very busy place! We went in at 2PM thinking it would be easy and still had a 20 min wait. Waitress said October is their busiest... month (color watchers). Had a smoked tomato okra stew that was wonderful! Not a fan of the grilled cheese. Bland and not meltyand gooey. Meatloaf sandwich was very good and their French fries were amazing! Very friendly staff. One waitress was working(short staffed like everywhere else) but she was working hard. We would definitely go back. Read more
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Amazing food and great atmosphere. The turkey beer cheese soup and sandwich I had were perfect and my... girlfriend loved her quiche special. Jane at the front was very nice and helpful, and we appreciated she took the time to gothrough the specials upon being sat. That's exactly what we ordered too! Cute restaurant, exceptionally clean with amiable service and charming indoor and outdoor seating. We loved the lunch food... choices with everything on the menu sounding delicious. We had a delightful lunch! I had half soup and sandwich. The soup was Brazilian, as was the chef, and it was filled with unusual... spices and tang. I had the bah something sandwich, and its taste almost shouted in my mouth--unique and fresh. I tried a ciderand it was too dry for me, so my server brought out a sample of a sweeter cider that she thought I would like. She was right!Great fun! Read more
