This was one of the only spots in the area we could find to grab a late vegetarian dinner on a Monday night. Lots of places... seemed to be closed or have limited hours?it?s definitely worth calling restaurants here before you go to make sure they?reopen. The service was fast and polite. I REALLY appreciate that they have a veggie burger on the menu, but truth be told, it isa bit mushy. They could stand to grill it more and get the edges crisp, although the flavor itself is fine. Good custard desserts. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. We were there around 3p and there were not a lot of customers.... Would have been able to find a seat easily, but went in to take out. The drive thru was very busy. Would recommend the concretemixers and pretzel bites... so good! Read more
Typical Culver?s quality and service. Plenty of Outdoor seating available for nice summer days! The only downside is that this... location Is in need of updating/modernization. Showing its age compared to other Culver?s in this part of Wisconsin. Read more
Worst Culver's food and customer service. First and last time visiting this location. We ordered 4 culvers deluxe meals and a... few other things. The lady at the register asked if we wanted condiments on the burger. I said yes I want everything on it andpaid for the meal. We waited for about 20 minutes and our food was dropped off. No comments made by the person who delivered it(no big deal). We open out burgers and there's only bread, and two pieces of meat, maybe a lettuce in one of ours but I can'tremember. I know I wanted cheese for sure. So my sister takes the burgers back inside and was told we didn't specify if wewanted cheese. And that if we wanted cheese we should have asked for it when we paid. Usually the cahier asks if you wantcheese. I forgot and assumed she added cheese bc she never asked me. Anyways, we got the cheese added. But onions, lettuce, andtomatoes was never added. I take the burgers back inside and I'm telling the cashier what happened. She dismissed me and grabbedthe cashier who took my order. This cashier along with the workers standing in the back giggling about how I didn't ask for eachitem. I told her she only asked if we wanted condiments which I responded yes and said I wanted everything on the burger. I haveNEVER had to tell a Culver's cashier every single thing I wanted on my culver deluxe (that's why it's the deluxe). She repeatedherself at least 5 times thinking I'm confused, while her coworkers in the back are giggling and not being helpful. She finallytells the people in the back to give me a side of onions and tomatoes for me to add the the burgers myself. WHAT AN UNPLEASANTEXPERIENCE THIS WAS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I have never felt this embarrassed or dismissed. Spending this much money at thisplace was a mistake. We visited on 6/12/22 on the way back from zip lining. The restaurant was very busy but the staff were doing a good job of... keeping up with the crowd. The lobby was clean, the outside seating was put together very well and very pleasant despite beingnext to a gas station. Everyone had a great meal. While we were finishing up a manager was doing orientation for two newemployees in a booth near us and she was doing a very good job. Read more
Not sure if it?s because I was really hungry, but it tasted SO GOOD! Best fast food cheeseburger I?ve had so far.
Went in the drive thru. Asked for a double butter burger with Swiss cheese and the works. Got a mushroom and swiss with the... works. Everytime other time I come here I get sloppy work from the cooks. How hard is it to slice onions the way culvers trainsyou too? How hard is it too not put 5 pickles on a burger. I'm done with the culvers in this area. They don't know how to makeor put toppings on a burger. Asked for a side of soup too and was given a knife and fork but no spoon. Where's the beef? We're locals, and we used to come here at least once every month or so. Tonight was the worse we've ever... encountered here. My burger was maybe 3/16" in thickness and there was a tiny piece of bacon. Sad, just sad. Service was veryslow, and the place wasn't busy at all. Read more
