I dinned in and placed my order at the register?. I don?t know if the cashier was new but my moca frappes we?re served as a iced... moca my sandwich was not correct and my kids nuggets were cold?. When I received my drinks after telling the cashier 3x alldrinks are large all my drinks came small when I asked to have them changed I got a attitude from Matt I was missing a frappefrom my large order and asked kian for it he said your gonna need to order it cuz it?s not charged I checked and I got charged 2large cokes instead. Than I went to the mobile station and ordered my frappe and when the girl served it she pretty much threwit and the straw she literally threw my sister had a large order too and both were messed up. The people here that are kind needproper training and as for the ones with attitude either need a job where they don?t deal with people or something but I knowwe?re not coming back I hope your expos better if you decide to go here thanks for reading hope this helped. Mobile Ordered through the McDonald?s App here, and it was very smooth and easy! When I walked in to pick-up my order, I checked... the bag and they had every thing that I ordered correct, including the requested condiments. My boyfriend and I enjoyed thefood, cooked well and was delicious (for fast food anyway, haha)! Read more
I don't know how they still get business. They should hire my 5 year old grandson who is smarter than these 40 and 50 year old... illiterates that they hire. They can never get my order right. The food is cold half of the time. The food that they give you isslopped together and they are making $15.00+ for this. They don't even deserve minimum wage for the job that they do.
