Original rating was a one ??. There has definitely been improvement. Last order wasn?t as good as it should?ve been, but... compared to past experiences at this location, definitely a lot better. Hope they can keep it up and remain consistent onprepping food and orders. ??????????????????????? Disappointed every time. Ordered a few times. No consistency, pizza nevertastes the same each time you order. One time my pizza was delivered, opened the pizza and I could literally see the bottom ofthe pizza box threw my pizza....no joke. Huge whole. They clearly don?t care what they send out. Very poorly managed and overpriced. I?ve complained to corporate each time, instead of fixing the problem they just send you coupons or free pizza code.Don?t waste your time or money on this Pizza Hut! Better places in town for pizza. Surprised the place is still in business tobe honest. Read more

Ordered pizza and it was an hour and 20 minutes late being delivered. While waiting I called to verify or cancel my order since... it was not arriving and I was hung up on once and then left on hold for 20 minutes. Just as I was getting in the truck to go getsomething to eat somewhere else the driver arrived with my cold pizza. The driver said ?well at least the bottom of the box isstill warm, we?ll sort of anyway.? He blamed ?corporate? and the ?system? and even ?door dash? and had lots of excuses for whyour pizza was an hour and 20 minutes late and cold. According to this employee the problems start at the top of the corporateoffice and somehow trickles down to the delivery person so I guess I would avoid this brand all together. Last time we orderedfrom Pizza Hut in a different city we had a similar experience so we probably won?t be back. Lots of other 1 star reviews herealso, so buyer beware! Read more

This Pizza Hut, in Sturgeon Bay WI, knows the meaning of "extra sausage," and that's really encouraging. Too many time in the... past, at other pizza restaurants, asking for extra sausage meant the bare minimum, probably less than if I hadn't asked formore. That's enough to guarantee my loyalty. The online order system sucks, but the pizza quality is worth putting up with theordering system. Read more
