I usually go to 241 for great deals. Pizza's are hot and made correctly. They also have good deals too.
Don't order online or your order will be messed up is what I'm told. I ordered a deep dish with a garden salad a ranch dip and 1... can of coke instead I got a deep dish with all toppings including the cheese slid to one side almost falling off and no salad atall 2 creamy dips that I don't like and ouu 4 cans of coke. I can understand an off day but I would of never spent my money onit if I would of known. Read more
Order on website and once delivered found out they did not have everything I ordered and still charged full price for order. ... Did not see bill until delivery driver was gone. Bill showed that 1 thing was removed but the delivery driver did not advise meof that or the new price only asked for the original amount shown on the confirmation email. Called customer service and theylied and said they tried to call but did not I do not have any missed calls, so must have dialed the wrong number.. This iscompletely unacceptable. I ordered from this place a week ago and my pizza box was open with 2 other pizza boxes on-top of my pizza, 40% of the toppings... ended up on someone else's order. The delivery person offered to bring it back and they could remake it. Me not wanting to be ahassle I took pizza and ate it. I ordered from them today and just wanted to let them know what had happened last time Iordered. The woman on the phone handed the phone to some man who was extremely rude. I then said I wanted pizza for delivery andI explained what had happened. He said nothing.... So I proceeded to ask the deals on at the moment and throughout my entireorder I felt extremely uncomfortabe. I tried to come off as friendly as possible. The food is pretty good. I've never had a problem with the service and the prices are reasonable.
