Store hours indicate they close at 8pm. I arrive at exactly 730pm and the store was already closed, lights turned off, doors... locked, not a single soul in sight. It is to my understanding that the hours of 11am-8pm are the service hours, meaning thestore should still be hoping taking order up until 8pm. Read more

KFC is a nice place for different meal. However this KFC could use a little improvement on the preparation of there chicken. The... taste of the chicken may be improved by changing the cooking grease more often. Still a good place to go. I just find otherKFC's taste more on point with expected franchise preparation. Chicken was fresh, well cooked , hot and crispy. Problem was ,although it was delicious, it was NOT the right seasoning to be... called KFC. Coleslaw was good but not the same as before,white instead of green in color, macaroni salad was really good butalso not quite the same (I actually found it better) fries were pretty much the same, nothing special but good. I haven't had KFC since last year Nov/2020 when l ordered a bucket and had to throw it all out because it was completely... saturated with oil and undercooked. I went back a day later to complain. All I got was sorry!...l mentioned they aren't gettingthe oil hot enough or keeping it hot enough but again l got Sorry!. Today Oct 23/2021, l decided to give it another try and evenmentioned my previous experience, l ordered just a 2 piece and 3 piece got home and the same thing happened fully saturated andagain undercooked. This is impossible after a year???...that's it for me No more KFC from here for me. I've had chicken at otherKFC outlets in North bay and as far away as Barrie never had this problem. Read more

All I got was sorry!...l mentioned they aren't gettingthe oil hot enough or keeping it hot enough but again l got Sorry!. Today Oct 23/2021, l decided to give it another try and evenmentioned my previous experience, l ordered just a 2 piece and 3 piece got home and the same thing happened fully saturated andagain undercooked. Absolutely terrible service here 2nd time I come here I called in my order beforehand I show up about 5 minutes before they told... me it would be ready and my food is still not ready still have to wait over half an hour for my food unbelievable. The onlyexplanation they are able to give me is oh you didn't show up when it was ready so we gave it to someone else. Yet as I statedbeforehand I arrived about 5 minutes before I was told he would be ready. So I expect to have to wait the 5 minutes or so butover half an hours makes no sense... never go here horrible. Read more
